Account Disconnection and Data Deletion

Spark Short Drama does not create a separate username-and-password account. It uses TikTok authentication to create a limited Spark viewer record.

Disconnect in Spark Short Drama

  1. Open Spark Short Drama in TikTok.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Disconnect and remove local data and confirm.

This clears device-local viewing progress, ends the Spark session, removes the active Spark viewer authorization record, and asks TikTok to revoke access. If TikTok revocation cannot be confirmed, also remove Spark Short Drama from TikTok's Manage apps settings.

Request access, correction, or deletion by email

Email contact@sparkart.hk with the subject “Spark Short Drama Privacy Request.” State the right you want to exercise, your country or state, and enough non-sensitive information to locate the relevant record, such as a Spark display ID or TikTok order reference. Do not send your TikTok password, verification code, payment credentials, or identity document unless we specifically request a protected verification method.

What deletion covers

Deletion removes or de-identifies the active hashed TikTok identifier, encrypted TikTok credentials, viewer sessions, and associated data that we are not required to retain. Device-local progress must also be cleared on each device.

Limited records we may retain

We may retain transaction, entitlement, refund, fraud-prevention, legal-claim, and compliance records where required or permitted by law. A minimal cryptographic deletion record may remain in a separate protected journal solely to prevent an older backup from recreating deleted authorization data. Routine backups expire according to our retention schedule, and deletion records are applied before a restored database serves users.

Timing and verification

We may verify that the requester is authorized to act for the relevant user. We will acknowledge and complete valid requests within the period required by applicable law, or explain any lawful reason for an extension or denial and available appeal rights.

TikTok data

Deleting Spark data does not delete your TikTok account or information controlled independently by TikTok. Use TikTok's own account and privacy controls for those records.
